First, each base station allows the wireless channel for a UE subscriber upon handover or upon power-up whenever there is active user equipment (UE). This channel gets released when the UE remains perfect for the mentioned time.
Second, each base station sets up the “3GPP Control Plane” connection between the corresponding mobile core and the UE control plane component, and forwards are also present for signaling traffic between the two of them. This traffic signaling enables mobile tracking, registration, and UE authentication.
Third, for each of the active UE, the base station set-up one or more underpasses between the corresponding mobile core user plane component.
Fourth, then these base station forwards both the user plane packets and control between the UE and the mobile core. These packets are then underpasses onto SCTP/IP and GTP/UDP/IP, respectively.
